The Board of Directors will consider all strategic alternatives including, but not limited to a potential sale or merger of the Company, and has retained UBS as its financial advisor to assist in the process.

Preliminary Fiscal Third Quarter 2017 Results
The Company also announced the following preliminary unaudited financial results for the fiscal third quarter ended February 28, 2017.
- Total revenue, including franchise revenue, of approximately $225.7 million.
- Same restaurant sales declined approximately 4.0%.
- Total cash balance of approximately $32.6 million.
