LegalShield’s Millennial Movement Shares Key Insights With Thousands of Associates on Millennials’ Career Mindset

This year’s five-day event began on March 8 and brings together LegalShield’s experienced, new and aspiring Independent Sales Associates from all 50 states and Canada. They have come together to hear from motivating speakers who share their expertise in owning and running a business, and in marketing for maximum success. Attendees will also get highly specialized professional development training and benefit from networking opportunities.

LegalShield also emphasizes training and empowering younger Associates to become successful entrepreneurs and develop into company leaders. At the LevelUp Convention, the company held a panel on stage with five Associates to hear their insights about starting a business and what Millennials are looking for in a meaningful career. Mike Fedek, Kristine Piñon, Max Pilet, Daniel Sardine and Benjamin Otini, who range in age from 22 to 36, were recognized for their leadership and shared personal stories about how LegalShield has benefited their lives. The Millennial generation has the distinct advantage of growing up as digital natives. They are able to harness the power of social media and technology to their advantage much more easily, and have opportunities to network and grow their business like never before.
