Armstrong Flooring Announces $50 Million Share Repurchase Authorization

LANCASTER, Pa.--()--Armstrong Flooring, Inc. (NYSE:AFI) (“Armstrong Flooring” or the “Company”), North America’s largest producer of resilient and wood flooring products, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of $50 million, effective immediately. Repurchases under the program may be made through open market and block transactions, including Rule 10b5-1 plans, at times and in such amounts as management deems appropriate, subject to market and business conditions, regulatory requirements and other factors. The authorization of the repurchase program is aligned with the Company’s goal to increase the efficiency of its capital structure over time while preserving sufficient liquidity to invest in organic growth projects and other value-accretive opportunities.
