TULSA, Okla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Vesta Midstream Partners LLC (“Vesta”) announced the design and construction of the Oil City Gathering and Processing System in Carter County, Oklahoma, to serve oil and gas producers in the southern SCOOP play of central Oklahoma.
The Oil City Gathering and Processing System will provide both low and high-pressure gas gathering and processing services for newly developed SCOOP wells. Anchored by a long-term producer contract with a significant acreage dedication, Vesta is well positioned to provide a broad spectrum of midstream services to producers in the SCOOP and STACK areas. As the company begins construction and works to meet the needs of its producer customers, Vesta will also consider projects in other oil and gas basins as well.
Vesta is a recently formed, Tulsa-based midstream company led by industry veterans Bob Davis, Debbie Branch and Bill Gifford, who also serve as the Company's founders. The Company is dedicated to serving the needs of its customer base with the highest degree of professionalism and customized service. Each of the three founders have over 25 years of experience providing services to the Mid-Continent oil and gas community.
Vesta was formed in partnership with Energy Spectrum Partners VII LP, a Dallas-based private equity fund focused on investments in the midstream sector of the North American energy industry.
