PURCHASE, N.Y.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on May 9, 2017 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 7, 2017.
Additionally, the company announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place at its corporate headquarters on June 27, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Stockholders of records as of the close of business on April 27, 2017 will be entitled to attend and vote.
