DALLAS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Texas-based luxury motor coach service Vonlane has tapped the former President & CEO for both Greyhound and Coach America Craig R. Lentzsch to serve as Vonlane’s Senior Advisor.
“Vonlane is one of the most innovative and successful new passenger service launches in the transportation industry in the last decade”

“Vonlane is one of the most innovative and successful new passenger service launches in the transportation industry in the last decade,” Lentzsch said. “Vonlane introduced the right format with the right team in the right place at the right time to offer a new service for airport-weary business travelers and has scored a homerun. Working with Vonlane on what’s next is exhilarating as we set out to change an industry and restore peace and luxury to every day travel.”
Vonlane’s Founder & President Alex Danza said, “Securing the services of a highly regarded and recognized transportation executive such as Craig Lentzsch is a real coup. Lentzsch began his career in the motor coach business by co-founding BusLease, Inc., which became the largest motor coach leasing company in the United States. In 1987, BusLease merged with Greyhound when Lentzsch and other investors bought Greyhound and led the integration and operations for the next five years. Lentzsch went on to serve as Executive Vice President & CFO of Phoenix-based Motor Coach Industries International, Inc., the largest manufacturer of intercity coaches and transit buses in North America, and then returned to Greyhound, serving as the company’s President & CEO for close to a decade. In 2003, he joined as President & CEO of Coach America Holdings, the premier provider of ground transportation and travel services in the southern half of the United States.

As Vonlane’s Senior Advisor, Lentzsch will retain his adjunct faculty position at the University of Denver where he teaches transportation finance in the Transportation Management Master’s program.
