SAN FRANCISCO--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Diane Sasseville Sweet has joined the firm as a consultant in the Consumer and Financial Services practices. Based in San Francisco, Sasseville Sweet will be responsible for advising and recruiting C-suite executives and conducting board searches for both public and private company clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Sasseville Sweet was Vice President of Retail for Shopkick, a mobile shopping companion app that provides an omnichannel solution for multichannel retailers. Before that, Sasseville Sweet spent more than 10 years at PayPal on the Merchant Services team, where she served as General Manager of the Specialty Retail business in the United States and Canada. She joined their newly formed merchant services team in 2004 after PayPal had become a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay.
Earlier, Sasseville Sweet led business development for eBay Fashion and held business development and operating roles with Kivera (acquired by TeleCommunication Systems), SAP Ariba and O’Neill. Sasseville Sweet started her career as a sales trader in New York at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where she was responsible for managing Latin American clients.
Sasseville Sweet holds a B.A. in government and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
