This strategic hire comes on the heels of PAN’s record-setting year, following the firm’s national expansion and acquisition across key regions.

Mr. Carpenter joins PAN’s current executive team as a well-known industry influencer with a strong reputation throughout Silicon Valley. Carpenter will lead efforts to grow the firm’s brand in both the Silicon Valley and Southeast regions while working to attract business in targeted growth categories. Phil will also lead the employee development initiatives and talent acquisition efforts in both of these locations and report to PAN’s President and CEO, Philip A. Nardone.

Carpenter joins PAN with more than 20 years of experience in various marketing and client relations positions on both the client and agency sides. During his most recent agency role at Allison + Partners as Senior Partner and Chair of the firm’s western region, Phil successfully led the growth and collaboration of six offices with more than 100 employees. He played a key role in expanding the client base, having worked with leading brands such as Orbitz, Dropbox, DreamWorks Animation and Best Western. With the leadership team, Phil helped grow the firm’s revenue by 400 percent while expanding the firm’s corporate brand and attracting, motivating and retaining top talent. Prior to his time at Allison + Partners, Carpenter was Vice President of Corporate Marketing for SideStep, a travel metasearch engine that was acquired by Kayak in 2007.
