JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--In a press release issued earlier today, it was announced that Denali Sourcing Services, a leading provider of strategic procurement BPM solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by WNS (Holdings) Limited (WNS) (NYSE: WNS), a leading provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) services. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to close later in January, 2017.
Denali Advisory/Consulting, Denali Talent/Staffing, Denali Recruiting, and Denali Intelligence are not included in the sale, and will rebrand in the coming months to avoid market confusion. Company leaders of these four service lines see rebranding, including a new website and collateral, as an opportunity to emphasize a 21st century focus in maximizing procurement value for each and every client. The complimentary services of these four lines will continue to be an industry leader with strategic guidance and fit-for-purpose procurement solutions.
Members of Denali Group’s senior leadership team currently supporting the retained businesses will remain with the soon-to-be-rebranded entity, including John Evans, Founding and Managing Partner; Don Dougherty, Founding and Managing Partner; Conrad Snover, Managing Partner; and Marrena L. Anderson, Vice President. Alpar Kamber, CEO of Denali Sourcing Services, along with the Denali Sourcing Services team, will join WNS, which will retain the “Denali” brand. The companies will continue to work together and collaborate during a 90-day transition period, acting as close business alliance partners in the best interest of clients.
John Evans, Managing Partner, commented, “Our 21-year history of tailoring services to meet each client’s procurement and supply chain challenges will not change. Our vision and purpose is to collaborate closely with our clients to deliver optimal procurement solutions that generate high value. We look forward with great anticipation to our rebranding efforts, and will be communicating specifics with both current and future clients in the weeks and months to come.”
