MONTEREY, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--CyberData Corporation, The IP Endpoint Company today announced the release of their new line of Secure VoIP Phone Cases geared specifically to law enforcement, correctional departments and local, county and state court systems.
CyberData's DX70 Secure VoIP Phone Case and DX80 Secure VoIP Phone Case take a Cisco DX70 or Cisco DX80 and enclose it in secure steel enclosure. The Secure VoIP case has a stainless steel front cover and replaceable polycarbonate screen cover. The handset and cord cable are designed for demanding environments such as prisons.
Both Secure VoIP Phone Cases have additional options for a hardened 16-key keypad.
“This market is big and active and there is a trend right now for many courts and correctional facilities to incorporate video conferencing. This is a demanding environment and needs a higher level of security than a standard video phone can offer.
