ISELIN, N.J.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--eG Innovations announced today that Citrix has once again selected eG Innovations’ flagship product, eG Enterprise, as the exclusive performance monitoring solution for on-site physical cloud and virtual infrastructure systems driving its premiere partner and sales conference – Citrix Summit 2017, January 9 – 11 in Anaheim, CA. eG Enterprise has been the exclusive monitoring solution for Citrix’s largest annual industry conferences, Summit and Synergy, since mid-2015.
“Our goals for Citrix Summit change with each new year, but our requirement for seamless application and desktop delivery remains constant”
Aligning with this year’s conference theme, “Win Together,” the Citrix Events team will leverage eG Innovations’ end-to-end performance monitoring technology to help manage the delivery of keynotes, demonstrations and labs, helping to ensure a successful, informative event for all exhibitors and attendees.
eG Enterprise will be used to monitor key Citrix products in the Citrix Summit Operations Center’s live IT infrastructure – XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, Cloud WorkSpace and more – plus supporting tiers, such as Microsoft Active Directory, NetApp, and Apache web servers.
“Our goals for Citrix Summit change with each new year, but our requirement for seamless application and desktop delivery remains constant,” said Fabian Wright, technical marketing manager, Citrix. “We choose eG Enterprise again and again as our single, unified console for monitoring performance across the entire on-site infrastructure – both inside and outside of Citrix technologies, from the user experience all the way down to the hardware. Its auto-diagnosis capabilities allow us to understand, at all times and with great efficiency, where performance issues are, before they can have an impact on the event’s success. It’s an invaluable part of our operational strategy.”
“We are extremely pleased to be selected again to help the Citrix Summit Operations team deploy and manage the on-site environment for Citrix Summit 2017,” commented Srinivas Ramanathan, chief executive officer of eG Innovations. “Our relationship with Citrix began in 2003, and each year we find new ways to work together better serve their customers. We continually improve on our vision of always-on insight for every user, every tier, and every layer, combined with automated, infrastructure-wide performance diagnosis for fast remediation. Being chosen as the exclusive performance monitoring solution for Citrix events is a strong validation of our value for any Citrix-driven organization.”
eG Innovations will also participate in Citrix Summit 2017 as an exhibitor in the Solutions Expo, demonstrating our latest product release, eG Enterprise 6.2. Highlighted features include:
- Citrix Logon Simulator – synthetic performance monitoring delivering proactive visibility into the logon performance of Citrix infrastructures.
