Civil Maps’ Atlas DevKit provides a low-cost, high-precision, geospatial data collection system that is essential for safe and effective self-driving vehicles. It integrates Quanergy’s M8 LiDAR sensor with cameras, an inertial measuring unit, and wired and wireless communication in one self-contained package. The unit is an inexpensive, commercial off-the shelf platform that is compelling for new market entrants and near-survey grade requirements.

The integration with Civil Maps will be on display, both in a static vehicle and in live demos on the Las Vegas strip with a car mounted with sensors.
