CENTENNIAL, Colo.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) is providing its reseller ecosystem and enterprise end customers with a new managed service offering to help cost-effectively monitor and manage Palo Alto Networks® next-generation firewalls.
“Arrow’s Panorama-as-a-Service offering goes beyond continuous firewall management”
Arrow’s Panorama-as-a-Service offering lets users view all of their firewall traffic and manage all aspects of their firewall configuration in an easy-to-consume format, all from one central location. Users are notified within 15 minutes in the event of a security alarm or firewall threshold trigger.
“Arrow’s Panorama-as-a-Service offering goes beyond continuous firewall management,” said Shannon McWilliams, who directs the dedicated security practice within Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business. “It’s a great way for small- and mid-size companies to meet their compliance and reporting requirements, while maintaining firewall safety, and simultaneously saving on operating expenses.”
Arrow is offering three tiers of firewall management as part of its new Panorama-as-a-Service: basic, standard and premium. Existing Arrow Palo Alto Networks Elite Authorized Support Center customers are automatically eligible for the basic service level. Arrow can also co-manage customer firewalls and host virtual Panorama network security management instances for customers. Experts from Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business can even help guide resellers and end customers through their Panorama-as-a-Service deployment.
