Martin, RN, as board chair effective January 1, 2017. David has served on the Visiting Nurse board since 2011, including on their Strategic Planning, Professional Advisory, Advancement and Executive/Finance Committees.

David is the founder, president, and chief executive officer of comprehensive vein clinic VeinInnovations. Previously, David’s experience included positions in hospital intensive care units and emergency rooms, as a clinical first-assistant for cardiac and thoracic surgeons, and the founder of several other companies including a nonprofit tissue bank, a large first-assistant surgical practice, and a new medical device company. David received his nursing degree from DeKalb Community College (now Georgia State University) in 1980.
