Exterran Corporation Announces Conference Call to Discuss Financial Restatement and Business Update

HOUSTON--()--Exterran Corporation (NYSE: EXTN) (“Exterran” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company has scheduled a conference call for Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 8 a.m. Central Time to discuss the restatement of its financials and provide a business update. The Company expects to file its amended Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal period ended December 31, 2015 and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the periods ending March 31, 2016, June 30, 2016 and September 30, 2016 prior to such date. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet. Investors may participate either by phone or audio webcast.
