SAN FRANCISCO--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Andersen Tax announces the promotion of Chris Leung, Emily Hall, Sabrina Chin and Shail Shah. Chris Leung and Sabrina Chin are members of our Private Client Services team, Emily Hall and Shail Shah are members of our Commercial and State and Local Tax teams, respectively. They will join the team of 24 Managing Directors in Northern California.

Chris Leung has over 16 years of experience in working with high net worth family groups and individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships and related entities. His expertise includes analysis of foreign investments, multigenerational wealth transfers, and estate, gift, and trust planning.
Emily Hall has over 10 years of experience in public accounting. Her practice area focuses on corporate federal and state tax compliance, consulting, and provision services for public and privately held clients. As part of the Commercial group, Emily focuses on helping clients coordinate corporate income tax planning and compliance.
Sabrina Chin has over 15 years of experience in providing professional tax services. She provides tax services to high net worth families, trusts, partnerships, and tax-exempt organizations. Her engagements require income tax planning, research, compliance, consulting and estate planning. She also has experience with family offices and private foundations.
Shail Shah has over 10 years of experience in state and local tax services. His background includes providing services in tax controversy work, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise includes resolution of state tax controversies, and state and local tax planning opportunities, with a focus on corporate state income tax issues facing multistate businesses.
