PARIS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Symbio today announces to the international automotive and technology communities its participation to the CES 2017, held in Las Vegas from January 5th to 8th at Sands Expo, Level 1 Hall G, Eureka Park, Booths 51720 - 51531.
“We are showcasing our technology through an object, uniquely designed for CES. The skateboard reflects our expertise as fuel-cell systems integrator for all types of vehicles”
Symbio's first at CES is a great contribution to the show's commitment in greening the environment, through sustainability programs, partnerships and eco-friendly initiatives. Alongside energy leader ENGIE, Symbio will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the CES with the launch of its latest innovation: a unique hydrogen powered skateboard prototype. Visitors will be encouraged to experience green mobility to its full with this Zero-emission, fully electric board.
“We are showcasing our technology through an object, uniquely designed for CES. The skateboard reflects our expertise as fuel-cell systems integrator for all types of vehicles,” said Pierre-Yves Le Berre, VP at Symbio.
Symbio's core mission is to engineer complete electric vehicle and fuel cell systems, from prototyping to integration. Symbio offers an end-to-end hydrogen fuel cell system compatible to different usage-cycles and types of vehicle (commercial vehicles, van, bus, trucks and boats) and from 1kW to 300kW. These systems can be serial produced and homologated on road.
Symbio has always been responding to new market trends and needs. The company innovates, transforming dreams of a green mobility into reality, addressing today's most precedent urban transportation issue: Air Quality.
“The new forms of mobility combined with increased appetence for sustainable energy place CES as a great platform to showcase our expertise. ENGIE’s support, as an established market leader in the energy space, is a great asset for H2 as a future proof technology”.
With increased dedication to the green mobility, ENGIE has taken steps to speed up the development of clean energies like bio-NGV or hydrogen. The Group has invested in Symbio in 2016, to contribute to the evolution of hydrogen uses.
Symbio is the French leader in hydrogen fuel cell systems designed for the transportation markets. Symbio offers innovative green mobility solutions that extend vehicle autonomy and contributes to a low-carbon economy. We design and manufacture hydrogen fuel cell and systems in order to respond to current density and reliability challenges faced by the industry.
