BOSTON--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--TriCore Solutions, the application management experts and SAP-certified partner, today announced it has achieved the Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP SE, its fourth new certification this year. Following an extensive audit of its service and support organization, TriCore has been verified as offering support to its customers in accordance with SAP’s current technical and organizational standards.
“This latest SAP certification – our fourth this year – is a tremendous accomplishment for our business, reflecting a significant investment in our SAP services alongside the acquisitions of Group Basis and G3G, Inc.”
The Partner Center of Expertise certification is a support center certification offered by the SAP® Active Global Support organization, supported by SAP’s Partner Services Delivery team. It covers a partner’s entire support center, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure. Certification validates that a partner’s support organization fulfills the minimum requirements needed to provide high-quality support services to its customers for SAP Business All-in-One and SAP Analytics. The certification is mandatory for all partners selling, providing and delivering compliant customer support processes.
“We’re thrilled to pass our fourth new certification from SAP this year, another testament to our commitment to putting our customers first through distinguished service,” said Gina Murphy, COO, TriCore Solutions. “Our team has worked extremely hard over the past year to achieve these certifications that prove our ability to give high-quality support of SAP solutions.”
To qualify for this certification, TriCore uses SAP Solution Manager as a key element of its support infrastructure, and 50 percent of its support consultants are SAP-certified. The Partner Center of Expertise certification is valid for two years. In addition, TriCore also has received certifications for SAP HANA Operations Services, ISO 20000-1:2011, and Hosting Solutions for SAP Solutions.
“This latest SAP certification – our fourth this year – is a tremendous accomplishment for our business, reflecting a significant investment in our SAP services alongside the acquisitions of Group Basis and G3G, Inc.,” said Mark Clayman, CEO and President, TriCore Solutions. “By mirroring our expertise within our Oracle practice, we’ve set the bar high to make TriCore a one-stop shop for our customers’ SAP requirements. Our customers can be assured that they’ll receive excellent service that meets rigorous compliance standards across a full suite of SAP solutions and services, whether they’re in need of operational, functional or technical development support.”
