AMSTERDAM--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--TomTom (TOM2) Automotive has been handed the prestigious Innovation Supplier of the Year award by FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) Group. The prize was awarded during the 2016 “Qualitas” event in Turin, Italy. Recognising the support that TomTom Automotive has provided in creating and introducing new services for FCA brands, it’s the first time that a navigation supplier has received such an important award.
Antoine Saucier, Managing Director, TomTom Automotive, said: “We’re delighted to be recognised by FCA Group for our commitment to innovation – it’s what drives us as an organisation, every day. Since our first PND integration almost ten years ago, we now supply three infotainment platforms in different FCA models with software, maps and services. We look forward to innovating with FCA all the way through 2017, and beyond.”
