FAIRFAX, Va.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a consulting and technology services provider to government and commercial clients around the world, was selected to compete for up to $5.7 billion in two new contracts under the General Services Administration’s Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS). The 10-year government-wide contracts, awarded in the third quarter, allow federal agencies to access ICF’s extensive resources and expertise in customized training and development, human capital strategy and organizational performance improvement.

HCaTS is a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicle administered by GSA in partnership with the Office of Personnel Management. The two contracts have individual ceilings of $3.45 billion and $2.3 billion, respectively. Both include one five-year base plus one five-year option and one six-month option.
