As Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Owens & Minor, a global healthcare services company, Davis is responsible for global customer engagement and shared services. She has responsibility for assessing, designing, and implementing best-in-class customer service capabilities on a global platform. She also leads the company’s Program Management Office. The highest ranking woman at Owens & Minor, Davis works closely with the company’s board of directors and assists the President & Chief Executive Officer in developing strategy and ensuring collaboration among the senior leaders in pursuit of the company’s strategic initiatives.

Before this assignment, Davis was Senior Vice President, Administration & Operations, where she led a team of more than 4,000 operations teammates and oversaw the company’s nationwide medical supply distribution network. A specialist in Human Resources and managing teammate relations, Davis also spent more than a decade as the company’s Human Resources leader.
