Stiansen succeeds Russ Whitnah who retires effective December 31, 2016. Prior to joining Salem, Stiansen's career has spanned over 34 years in management roles with Nassau Media, Nassau Broadcasting, Connoisseur Media, and Keystone Broadcasting.
