Elyse has more than 35 years of experience in senior management and consumer and business-to-business strategy and marketing. Her tenure at Age Wave began more than 20 years ago working directly with Co-founder Maddy Dychtwald. As the company has expanded its influence into the financial services, housing, food and beverage, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, travel, media and communications sectors, she has held various senior roles within the organization - most recently as Chief Operating Officer. “Elyse has always been a shining star at Age Wave, contributing her creativity, wisdom and extraordinary people skills to continuously grow and strengthen our company,” reflects Maddy.
