Kasikci’s illustrious career spans across many heralded hospitality companies. From 1991 to 2007, Kasikci helmed The Peninsula Beverly Hills and delivered the most profitable property within The Peninsula Group with the highest return guest ratio in the market, achieving many accolades and high ratings. During this tenure, Kasikci was named Independent Hotelier of the World in 2004 by HOTELS magazine.
Following his tenure with The Peninsula Group, Kasikci served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Development for Montage Hotels & Resorts, a position which included the successful launch of Montage Beverly Hills. Kasikci then moved into his most recent role as Regional Managing Director, North America, Mexico, Caribbean and Brazil at Belmond Hotels overseeing management and strategic direction of eight luxury properties within the portfolio. With his move into a full-time strategic consultant, Belmond remains a client under Bentley Management’s portfolio.
