Paycom, now on the list for a fourth consecutive year, also received special recognition, earning The Oklahoman’s Direction award. This additional award comes as a result of feedback from employees, who believe the company is going in the right direction.

The Top Workplaces competition is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics LLC. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including pay and benefits, company values, confidence in leadership, culture, employee engagement and growth opportunities.
Paycom performed well in each category because it promotes a strong work-life balance for its employees, offers needed benefits at affordable costs, and listens to and engages with its workforce.
