Hellwig Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (Hellwig), headquartered in Santa Clara, California (USA). The agreement states that TFS will take possession of the office space and all equipment housed there, employ existing staff, and assume contracts with current customers. The purchase is part of TFS’ target to expand into all industrial areas in the US. With this new branch location, TFS underlines its “local commitment and global experience” strategy targeting Life Sciences and Advanced Technology customers.
