In this role, she will lead worldwide corporate and product marketing including high-impact lead generation, data-driven customer acquisition and brand awareness for Ipswitch. Jeanne will report directly to Ipswitch CEO Joe Krivickas and join the company’s executive team.

Hopkins is a respected B2B marketer renowned for her ability to drive data-driven, high-velocity demand creation marketing programs for high-growth software companies. A highly visible industry thought leader, she is the author of “Go Mobile,” a #1 best-selling mobile marketing book, and was named one of the top “50 Most Influential Sales Lead Management Professionals” three years in a row by the Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA).

Hopkins has a proven track record of building sustainable relationships that drive revenue via high-impact demand generation programs. Before joining Ipswitch, she was the Senior Vice President and CMO of Continuum Managed Services, the technology industry’s only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed services solutions. During her tenure, she built a powerhouse metrics-based sales and marketing machine and significantly grew the existing customer base while maximizing new partner acquisition.
Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and CMO of SmartBear Software, the leader in software quality tools for teams. Prior to that, she was vice president of marketing at HubSpot, where her marketing leadership helped the company become the second-fastest growing software company in the Inc. 500 by generating over 50,000 net new leads each month for a team of 100+ inbound marketing specialists.

Jeanne Hopkins was also the owner of MarketingSherpa, MarketingExperiments and InTouch. She is on the Advisory Boards of Bedrock Data and BrightInfo as well as Co-Chair of the MassTLC Sales and Marketing Cluster. Hopkins holds an MBA in International Marketing from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Western New England University.
