Survey results will give employers a 2017 outlook as well as insights into how their peers are adopting new healthcare benefits options, including the use of defined contribution, insurance exchanges, and healthy lifestyle incentive programs. Results will also reveal where employers learn about new health benefit designs and distribution models.
Additionally, the survey includes questions about how human resources and benefits managers are educating their employees about their health plan options and the effectiveness of their communication approaches.
