Q: Who owns and operates Globalegrow?

A: Globalegrow is a subsidiary of Global Top E-Commerce Co., Ltd Corporation, which was established in 1995. Globalegrow is a cross-border e-commerce enterprise within the Corporation and was founded in 2007.

Q: What kind of company is Globalegrow?

A: We are an e-commerce company dedicated to honesty, quality and trust. We provide affordable products and try to keep our costs as low as possible because our customers love to change up their style, experiment with a wide variety of looks, and keep up with the latest trends. Q: How do you source your products?

A: All of our products are manufactured by third-party vendors and suppliers. We have strict supplier selection criteria and follow a four-step vendor assessment process that includes reviewing product quality, inspecting factories and production processes, verifying certifications, and implementing an ongoing process for continuing assessments and feedback.

Q: Who quality checks and ships the products out to customers?

A: Currently, some of our vendors ship through Globalegrow and some ship directly to customers. Within one year, we will have in place 100% quality assurance – meaning that all of our products will be inspected by Globalegrow before shipping. We are also moving to an in-house advertising model, in which we photograph all listed items ourselves to ensure accurate depictions of the products.

Q: How do you obtain the images that you use to market your products?

A: Currently, most of our products are photographed by Globalegrow while some are photographed by our vendors. Within one year, we will have in place a 100% quality assurance model – meaning that all of our products will be inspected by Globalegrow before shipping. We will also move to an in-house advertising model, in which we photograph all listed items ourselves to ensure accurate depictions of the products.

We only work with vendors that reflect our values of honesty, quality and trust and have ended our relationships with vendors that may have been providing inaccurate photos of products to our website advertising teams.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Each website we own and operate has a return policy stated on its site. Each website services a unique consumer demographic, and factors such as location, manufacturing and shipping facilities, and other logistics weigh into each return policy. We are currently enhancing and clarifying our return policies across all of our websites so that our U.S. consumers are able to seamlessly resolve any issues they may have with the products they receive from us.
