Del Taco Holdings, Inc. to Announce Fiscal First Quarter 2015 Financial Results on Monday, May 11, 2015

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--()--Del Taco Holdings, Inc., the second largest Mexican-American QSR chain by units in the United States, operating restaurants under the name Del Taco® (“Del Taco”) will announce financial results for its fiscal first quarter 2015 on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. EDT. A conference call and webcast to discuss these results is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. EDT.

Del Taco Holdings, Inc. will become the sole direct subsidiary of Levy Acquisition Corp. (“LAC”) (NASDAQ CM: TACO, TACOW, TACOU) upon completion of the merger, which is expected to occur in June 2015.
