Systech International Reports Record Results in 2014

Award-winning serialization and track and trace company continues its momentum in the market

CRANBURY, N.J.--()--Systech International, a global leader in brand protection technologies, announced today that it had reported a record-breaking 2014 with a significant double-digit increase in year-over-year revenue and a record number of new customer contracts signed during the year. The company expects to have another high growth year in 2015 with continued US and global demand for its solutions and, together with an expanded partner network, will be delivering value to manufacturers, re-packagers and wholesalers for their anti-counterfeiting and compliance initiatives.

“The success we’ve achieved this past year stems from our commitment to creating innovative products that enable our customers to address the complex needs of the supply chain. In 2015, Systech will continue to expand its products and services worldwide, and will further penetrate new markets and industries.”

“As an industry pioneer and leader, we are committed to providing our customers with the most effective, innovative and ROI-producing anti-counterfeiting software solutions in the market,” said Robert DeJean, CEO, Systech. “As testament to our success in creating strategic relationships with multi-billion dollar global enterprises, we are proud to have 17 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies relying on our products and solutions to protect their brand as well as manage complexity and risk arising from global regulations and consumer expectations.”

Demand in 2014 was strong from Systech’s core blue-chip customer base and in addition, top name brands in other industries such as healthcare, consumer goods, food & beverage and agriculture science selected the company’s solutions for their anti-counterfeiting needs.

“The pharmaceutical and healthcare industries are at a tipping point,” continued DeJean. “The success we’ve achieved this past year stems from our commitment to creating innovative products that enable our customers to address the complex needs of the supply chain. In 2015, Systech will continue to expand its products and services worldwide, and will further penetrate new markets and industries.”

In support of its rapid expansion Systech will be opening a new 52,000 square feet (4800 square meters), state-of-the-art campus in Princeton, New Jersey, in the second quarter of 2015, with expansion capabilities up to approximately 80,000 square feet to accommodate Systech’s expected growth over the next few years.

To comply with LEED certification standards, Systech’s new headquarters will leverage environmentally safe materials and practices, which will have a positive impact on the health of its employees and visitors while promoting renewable resources and sustainable practices.

Pete Tantillo, CFO, Systech, concluded, “We are proud to be a recipient of economic incentive awards offered by the GROW New Jersey Program, established by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to help boost employment in the State, and are excited about using it to help fuel our next phase of growth.”
