LOS ANGELES--()--Veteran trial lawyer Raymond Boucher announced the opening today of Boucher LLP, a law firm based in Los Angeles (Woodland Hills), CA, which will specialize in complex litigation, including class actions, civil rights, police misconduct, clothing burn and significant personal injury cases. While California will be the firm’s primary service area, he reported the firm will operate as a nationwide complex litigation firm.

Boucher, during his three decade professional career, has concentrated his legal practice in complex consumer litigation, class actions, product liability, toxic tort litigation, significant personal injury cases and insurance bad faith. He has briefed and argued more than 20 appeals and tried over 50 cases, helping to obtain verdicts and settlements exceeding $3 billion. He was the lead attorney representing 250 sexual abuse victims in the landmark 2007 lawsuit which resulted in a $660 million settlement with the Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles and obtained nearly $200 million for 144 survivors from the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego.
