Morgan Properties Wins Record Number of Awards from the Pennsylvania Apartment Association – Central Chapter

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--()--Last evening, The Pennsylvania Apartment Association - Central held its 14th Annual Best of Living Awards Gala. Morgan Properties won a total of 6 National Apartment Association (NAA) professional designations and 33 awards including Most Valuable Employee for Lonnie Reager, Maintenance Team of the Year to Lakewood Hills in Harrisburg, Pa and Best Corporate Website. Lakewood Hill’s Maintenance Team achieved their honor by demonstrating integrity, professionalism and outstanding abilities in technical skills and customer service.

The Best of Living Awards is judged by industry experts from neighboring apartment associations and presents achievement awards based on highest average scores for curb appeal, leasing and marketing, maintenance programs, customer service, community service involvement and employee training and commitment to education.

Additional individual achievement awards were presented to Dave Lamancusa for second place as Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, Jackie Rapp for second place as Property Manager of the Year, Hector Gonzalez as second place for Most Valuable Employee and Stephanie Roberts, Harlie Snyder, Lindsey Miller and Patty Kingsbury for all scoring over 95% on their Leasing Shops.

Awards were presented in the property categories based upon age and size of community and included:

  • Lakewood Hills in Harrisburg for First Place in Overall Community Excellence, Second Place for Curb Appeal Excellence, First Place in Leasing & Marketing Excellence and Second Place In Maintenance Excellence
  • Camp Hill Plaza in Camp Hill for First Place in Overall Community Excellence, First Place for Curb Appeal Excellence, Second Place in Leasing & Marketing Excellence and First Place In Maintenance Excellence
  • Oxford Manor for Second Place in Overall Community Excellence, First Place in Leasing & Marketing Excellence and Second Place In Maintenance Excellence
  • Wedgewood Hills in Harrisburg for First Place in Overall Community Excellence, First Place for Curb Appeal and First Place In Maintenance Excellence
  • Lincoln Park Apartments in West Lawn for Second Place in Overall Community Excellence, Second Place for Curb Appeal Excellence and Second Place in Leasing & Marketing Excellence
  • Greentree Village in Lebanon for Second Place in Overall Community Excellence and Second Place for Curb Appeal Excellence
  • Summit Point in Scranton for Second Place in Overall Community Excellence, Second Place for Curb Appeal Excellence and First Place in Maintenance Excellence
  • Briarwood Apartments in State College for First Place in Leasing & Marketing Excellence

Morgan Properties’ employees were also recognized for earning NAA professional designations in two educational categories. Recipients of the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation were Allison Dooms, Kara Neely and Harlie Snyder. Earning the designation of Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) were Ian Short, Richard Gordon and Rob Hess.
